EMERALD WARRIORS – RUGBY OPEN DAY – 9th JULY 2016
Discover a new you by joining us, the Emerald Warriors RFC for our rugby open day. The Warriors are an inclusive rugby club based in Sutton, Dublin.
Our open day session will be light and it’s aim is to introduce beginners and experienced players a like to the club and the Warriors’ family. There will be a few short drills but nothing to extraneous. After the session there will be light refreshments provided at the open day venue.

Q:What will I need for the day?
If you have them sporting boots would be great but runners will also suffice.
Clothes that you’ll be comfortable being a little active in.
A towel if you wish to shower after the session.
A change of clothes.
Suncream, just in case the day is tropical.
Water to keep hydrated [there is a tap at the venue to refill bottles].
Q: How much is it to join in?
The open day is free to attend.
Q: Do I need to have experience to join in?
No the session is aimed at both novices and experienced players.
Q: How do I get to the location?
The easiest way to get there from town is on the northbound Howth dart. Get off at the Sutton stop. The playing fields are across the road from the station entrance.
